Do you lingo?

Always having to try new gadgets, Pooh signed up for Lingo, which is broadband phone service. According to the site, it's basically like your regular phone, but through your broadband connection. Yes, it's true, you get all of the features like caller id, call waiting, call block, *69, yadda yadda yadda, and some other cool stuff like "dual ring" mode, where you can set it to have your cell phone (or whatever other phone you want) to ring when your house phone rings, getting your home calls when out and about shopping or the like, and it would be fun to try and beat whomever is at home to the phone :)

See I was leary at first, but it's been fun this evening playing with it. $19.95 a month for unlimted long distance, includes parts of Western Europe. Way cool. We're lingoing. Month trial, too, before we switch our number (yes you can keep your #!). If we refer ya, you get $25 so it's more than another month free.

Ahh... technology!
