Over the 4 day weekend, I appear to have broken my Diet Coke dependency/caffeine addiction. I had one can this morning around 9AM, and that's it. Normally by this time of day I would have a screaming headache. Just got back from a run with the Abs and I am feeling fine.
I do, however, crave the taste of Diet Coke. And water's not cutting it.
Speaking of water and carbonated beverage companies, we're in the middle of the most severe drought in the state's history, and it was revealed that Pepsi was taking our drinking water from Falls Lake, "purifying" it, and selling it as bottled water. Yes right here in Raleigh. Just another reason I prefer Coca-Cola. :)
