The worst thing about having a puppy is being up at the freakin' crack of dawn on a Saturday morning. And is Marc up? Nope. Yes it is after 7:30, but we've been up for awhile...

Denny is a pervert. We were talking to him last night and the subject of the gym came up - he told Marc he needed to go to HIS gym where all the girls were under 20 and not trying to "regain" their girlish figure. If Marc ever talks to someone like that (well when he's closer to 50) I think I will have to belt him.

We were outside at 9AM this morning and worked until 2..with only a short trip to Lowe's and Chik-Fil-a for essentials - food and annuals. I had hoped to pick up hosta but Lowe's hosta sucked and was expensive. A trip to Farmers' Market tomorrow should fill in the rest of the bed on the shady side. Lord knows what perenials I am going to put on the semi-sunny side. I need Anita, big time.

Speaking of Farmers' Market, Dork the Daring (who used to live by FM) moved into a new house... appears to be a pretty large house, and he almost dropped as much on it as this house cost, so he must be doing pretty well. Why I looked him up there I don't know, his name just popped into my head when I was looking up Eddie and Veronica... who also moved but are still out in bumfuck North Raleigh.

We went to see VanHelsing (sp?) this afternoon as a reward for slaving away outside all morning. Always nice to see Hugh... had to laugh at the Wolverine reference towards the end of the movie. Also, was pleased to see Richard Roxburgh as Dracula. I really enjoyed his portrayal of The Duke in Moulin Rouge, and he was very good as Dracula. However, a movie where Dracula dies just does not do it for me. Next, as silly as it may be, I want to see Mean Girls.
