Future Foofa?

We're on the waiting list for a male Wheaten puppy from a friend of a friend who breeds Wheatens in Florida.  The mom, Joyce, is not pregnant yet, but has visited the dad (Prince Charming) once already.  Looks like if we got a puppy it would be in early September at this point.

Duran Duran

In March of 1984, my best friend in 8th grade, Amy, and I  (along with her mom, dad, and brother) went to see Duran Duran in Greensboro, NC.  I think we screamed and sang the whole time.  Ahh to be a teenager again!

Oh WAIT!  I can!  Duran Duran is playing in Cary Wednesday night.  I just bought two tickets for pooh and me, and emailed Amy's brother (cause I don't have her email address) to see if she wants to go.

I can't wait!

Of course, they'll probably play mostly more recent stuff which I don't know.  But that's ok, I'll feel 13 again. :)
